Alexandra
DANCE INSTRUCTOR
Alexandra began dancing at age three and spent thirteen years in competitive dance, training in jazz, ballet, hip-hop, and more. Her training took her across the South, where she competed, attended conventions, and learned from top choreographers, including classes with the Broadway Dance Center and the Radio City Rockettes in NYC. In school, she was a junior high cheerleader, an Accent dance team member, and an Accent Officer who helped lead her team to a first-place win at the MAIS Dance Competition. Alexandra has received numerous awards, including All-American Cheerleader All-American Dancer, Best Senior Dancer, Rising Star Best Dancer, Most Dedicated, The Precision Award, and Best Entertainment. Alongside her dance career, she holds a nursing degree and practices as a registered nurse, but her true passion lies in mentoring young dancers as the Jackson Prep Spirit Dance Coach and at House Studio.

Hope
DANCE INSTRUCTOR
Hope is starting her second year here at House Studio Dance teaching our kid classes! She is a Flowood native, graduating from Jackson Prep, and she graduated from Mississippi State University in 2023! She is pursuing her Masters in Elementary Education and is currently a 3rd Grade Teacher at Mannsdale Upper Elementary School. Hope has been involved with a local show choir camp, Summer Show Offs, for 18 years and developed her love for dance there and from her years in show choir. She is so excited for another year of fun at House Studio!

Rachel
DANCE INSTRUCTOR
Rachel is a junior Nursing Student at Mississippi College. At MC, she has been involved in the student performance organization, Follies. In addition to Follies, she also served as a director for MC’s Dance Marathon. Rachel has also worked closely with Jackson Prep’s Art Department by choreographing for their junior high show choir, Fusion, multiple summer camps, and musicals. This fall, Rachel’s choreography will be showcased in Jackson Prep’s rendition of Anastasia.

Bethany
DANCE INSTRUCTOR
Bethany is so excited to be a part of the House Studio team this year! She is a senior at Mississippi College, studying kinesiology to pursue a career as a chiropractor. Bethany was born and raised in Dothan, Alabama, where she found her love for dance at the age of three and took classes in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop. She is so excited to see all of you in the studio!

Rosie
DANCE INSTRUCTOR
Rosie is currently an Accent at Jackson Academy. In addition to being a member of accents, She previously was a member of the Jackson Academy Steppers team and Showchoir. Rosie loves dancing particularly hip hop, and getting to see the kids enjoy their dance and the music. She taught last year at House Studio and can’t wait to see yall again this year!

Ava
DANCE INSTRUCTOR
Ava is a sophomore at Jackson Academy and a proud member of Accents. With over 12 years of company experience competing across the Southeast, she specializes in jazz and hip hop, bringing her passion and expertise to every class she teaches. Ava's energetic teaching style, balanced with her commitment to technique, makes her classes fun while her students grow as dancers. Ava is looking forward to her first year on staff at House Studio!

Elizabeth
DANCE INSTRUCTOR
Elizabeth is a senior at Jackson Academy and has been on the Accents dance team all throughout her high school career. This year she has the honor of serving as one of the three dance team officers. She has been dancing since childhood and it has become a huge part of her life! She loves helping younger girls achieve their dance goals and is so excited for this upcoming year.
